Rob Bucknall will discuss: The development of the battlecruiser in the Royal Navy, the introduction of new technologies, the response of The Imperial German Navy, service during WW1, inter-war years and modernisation, service during WW2 and the subsequent demise of this class of warship.he last years of World War Two that technological advances allowed theory and reality to converge.
